Montessori Elementary Hosts Science Day

Montessori Elementary at the Lincoln School hosted Science Day on Tuesday, March 21st. Project Problem Solve, funded by Big Red Keno, brings in a number of different school science projects to be solved or to try to solve. The activities ran throughout the day and students from other local elementary schools came to take part. There was a special evening session set up  for parents and children to come and see what was in the works, as well.  The whole day was filled with fun hands-on projects.  Students enjoyed  activities including wood-working, hover crafts (Newton’s law), robotics, balloon skewers, and sound & light waves to name some of the fun things to try.
